A communication letter has been distributed today to most local property owners in Kensington Grove concerning the proposed amendments to the Covenants and the upcoming town hall that will be held next Thursday, November 16 at 6:30 pm at the White River Trustees Office across from the Morgantown Road entrance. Some property owners by necessity will get a copy via US mail.
