The Homeowners Association shall be managed by a board of seven (7) directors to serve for a term of one (1) year. No person shall be eligible to serve as a member of the Board of Directors unless he is, or is deemed in accordance with the Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions, to be an owner, or a person appointed by Declarant as provided in Article V, Section 2 of the Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions. Vacancies in the board shall be filled by the remaining directors, any such appointed directors to hold office until his successor is elected by the members.

Larry is a retired former cancer research scientist and educator. He used to teach part-time as an Adjunct Professor of Biology at Franklin College. He and his wife, Susan McCombs, moved to Kensington Grove in 2011 after living in Hawai’i for 28 years where he was on the Board of Directors of a mid-rise condominium association in Honolulu.
I have lived in Kensington Grove since 2016 moving from Austin, Texas with my husband Eric and son Dylan. I live in the Overlook section of Kensington Grove and I am looking forward to keeping Kensington Grove a great place to live.
Tino owns an IT company with his wife and business partner, Deanna Marquez. With 4 years of previous HOA board experience, he volunteered to represent the Crossings and serve the neighborhood. Tino and Deanna have lived in Kensington Grove since 2020 with her son Tyler.
Mary Beth Wampler
Mary Beth is a member of the Kensington Grove LLC, the developers of Kensington Grove. She was instrumental in the operation of the HOA in the early years of the association and provides many years of experience on the maintenance of our Common Areas.
Chuck is retired after 30 years at Eli Lilly & Company where he managed drug development projects. After retirement he started a web development company that he ran for 13 years before retiring again. Chuck and his wife Garnet have lived in the Center Grove area for 34 years and moved into Kensington Grove in 2019.
Jim was a pilot for ATA Airlines for 27 yrs and subsequently retired from the FAA as an Aviation Safety Inspector in 2016. He and his wife, Judy, have lived in Kensington Grove since 2004.
Terry started and ran LaRue Insurance Agency in Greenwood for 40 years and has served on the Board of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) of Indiana ultimately becoming its President as well as holding other positions with PIA. Terry has also served on the Ashwood Condo Association and was President in 2006 until she moved to Kensington Grove in 2020.
