There will be a town hall meeting this Thursday evening at 6:30pm at the White River Trustees Office across from the Morgantown Road entrance to discuss the proposed changes to the covenants. The agenda for the evening includes opening remarks by the KG HOA president and an introduction of the HOA’s attorney. The Board then intends to present each of the key changes that are proposed. There will be a discussion period open to comments and questions following each of the proposed changes. The Board is looking forward to hearing from owners regarding the changes. Based on feedback received, it is possible the covenants may undergo further changes and be presented to the community once again to vote for adoption.
