The Kensington Grove Homeowners annual assessment is $625.00 per lot. The amount is due no later than January 31st and will be assessed a late fee of $35.00 after that date. We will offer a semi-annual payment plus 10% for those who would like this option. The first payment would be due by January 31 in the amount of $343.75 per lot, with the second payment of $343.75 per lot due June 30th.

Alternatively, you can pay online here, but with the understanding that in addition to the annual payment that is due, there will be a service fee to cover the cost of providing this feature for you. If your payment is late, there will also be a late fee of $35.
