A semi-annual payment plus 10% is due by June 30th for those who selected this option. The first payment in the amount of $343.75 per lot was due by January 31st, with the second payment of $343.75 per lot being due by the end of this month.

Alternatively, you can pay online here, but with the understanding that in addition to the semi-annual payment due, there will be a service fee to cover the cost of providing this feature for you. If your payment is late, there will also be a late fee of $35.
