It was reported that the Travis Road entrance lights and Christmas lights were out. The Board recalled that this has happened before, and a solution might be to have to lay new wiring. Meanwhile, our landscape vendor was able to restore power to the Christmas lights due to a faulty timer that will be replaced. The entrance lights outage could be due to a faulty GFI switch and that will be replaced as well. However, replacement of the GFI might not be a long-term solution.
The Board is currently working with an attorney to update and improve the Convenance and Restrictions document. A draft should be available by Spring 2023 for residents to review and comment upon. The final draft will require approval by the residents. More information will be published as it becomes available.
The KG HOA Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, January 23, 2023. Prior to the meeting, residents will receive an informational letter from the Board containing the 2023 proposed budget, ballots for voting on the budget and candidates for the Board as well as an invoice for the 2023 HOA dues assessment.
