2021 Annual Assessment Is Due
The Kensington Grove Homeowners annual assessment for 2021 is $500.00 per lot. The amount is due January 31, 2021 and will be assessed late fees of $30.00 after that date. Major Renovations and Upgrade to Central Roundabout!
The HOA has invested in a major re-landscaping of the central roundabout replacing nearly all of the 17-year-old plantings with new perennials and annuals plus an updated irrigation system.
