The Kensington Grove HOA is looking for 5 board members to serve starting in January of 2020. Becoming a member of the Kensington Grove HOA is about more than just meetings, it’s about creating a better community for you and your neighbors. The HOA helps to keep the community looking nice and possibly in the future, hosting neighborhood events. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomplish these ideas and more with only 2 board members. Some past items board members have worked on consist of painting lights around the community, working with the county to get roads and potholes repaved, cleaning out and maintaining the roundabout fountain, and working with JCREMC to have street lights repainted.
As part of joining the Kensington Grove HOA, members are expected to attend most meetings. The meetings are normally held once a month in the evening. The term that a board member would serve is 2 years.
