The HOA Board met Monday, July 11 to discuss several topics.
- The Board is aware of problems with two pond fountains. The Chancery Pond fountain pump that has given us much trouble this year is still under warranty and is being evaluated by vendor. The Villages pond fountain pump will need to be replaced.
- The installation of three streetlights along Travis Road has been completed adding to the safety and security of multiple homes located there.
- Replacement of the damaged central roundabout Bollard light is still in progress. The exact make and model are no longer available. The Board is researching options.
Residents are reminded that the common areas may not be used for private parties, e.g. birthday parties or wedding receptions, without prior review by the HOA Board of Directors.
Your HOA Board meets monthly at the White River Township Trustee Office on Morgantown Road at 6:30pm on the first Monday of the month unless it conflicts with a holiday, in which case the Board will meet on the second Monday. Residents are welcome and encouraged to participate.
