The Kensington Grove Homeowners annual assessment has been increased to $625.00 per lot effective with the 2022 assessment. Refer to the 2021-2022 Budget Report mailed to each homeowner in December for justification. The amount is due by January 31, 2022 and will be assessed a late fee of $30.00 after that date.
