The Kensington Grove HOA Board of Directors (BOD) met Monday, Feb. 6, 2023, to discuss several topics.
Voting results from the election of BOD section representatives are as follows: Terry Cleveland (Overlook), Chuck Rivera and Tino Marquez (Crossings), and Andy Hippenmeyer (Estates).
Paul Johnson was selected as a member at Large and Alisa Rayel will remain as member at Large, both of which fill empty seats for the Villages and Overlook sections. Larry Mordan, who represents the Villages section, will continue as President for his second year. Elected members serve for two years.
The BOD elected its officers as follows: Cleveland as Vice-President, Marquez as Secretary, Rivera as Treasurer.
The BOD extended their appreciation and thanks for the many years of service by outgoing Jim Hoban and Mary Beth Wampler, both of whom retired from the Board this year.
The BOD then reviewed submitted 2023 contract estimates by several vendors that have been involved with the maintenance of common grounds in KG and each one was approved.
In addition, Mordan will meet with another vendor regarding concrete repair in Kensington Grove.
Residents should mark their calendar for the annual Kensington Grove Commuity Sale which the BOD set to be Saturday, May 20, 2023.
