The HOA has invested in a major re-landscaping of the central roundabout replacing nearly all of the 17-year-old plantings with new perennials and annuals plus an updated irrigation system. Capping off these renovations will be a three-tiered, 9.5-foot tall fountain (pictured above) and new planters within the bowl of the old fountain. It is anticipated that the new fountain will be installed by the end of August. This should produce significant cost savings as the new fountain pump will use less electricity and much less water. Included with this new fountain will be LED lighting to highlight the fountain and the surrounding landscaping. The central roundabout will once again be a center of attraction for Kensington Grove.
