Kensington Grove Governing Documents Election

Kensington Grove Governing Documents Election

The journey to amend our community’s Covenants and introduce new By-Laws has been lengthy, exceeding the Board’s initial expectations. However, the Board has now finalized the revisions, and the HOA attorney has completed their review and approval.

Next Steps

A Town Hall meeting is scheduled to present the proposed documents, discuss the amendments, and answer any questions. The meeting will be held on Monday, August 26, at 6:00 PM at the White River Library Branch, 1664 Library Blvd, Greenwood. Please note the change in venue.

Two weeks prior to the meeting, all homeowners will receive an information packet with details on how to access the proposed documents for review. Due to the high cost, the documents will not be included in the packet. However, homeowners who need a hard copy can request one from the Board.

For those unable to attend in person, there will be an option to participate in the Town Hall via Zoom. Instructions for joining the Zoom meeting will be included in the information packet.

This year, homeowners will have the option to vote online via a third-party ballot service in addition to traditional paper ballots. This service will streamline future elections and reduce costs, so we encourage everyone to use it. Detailed instructions will be provided in the information packet.

Everyone Must Participate

To achieve a sufficient quorum for this election, nearly all homeowners need to participate. Election representatives will canvass the neighborhood to follow up with those who have not voted.
